N-Style Shipping Policy:

Effective 9/11/07:N-Style will no longer ship international orders.

- If your country does not appear in our order form, then we cannot accept online orders from that country. Please contact customerservice@n-style.com or call us at 1-661-294-1118 to place the order.

- Fedex orders placed after 2:00PM PST will ship on the next business day (Mon-Fri). Fedex 2-4 day and Ground placed after 8:00AM PST (Mon-Fri) will ship on the next business day as long as inventory is available.

- We reserve the right to change the requested method of shipping if a more suitable method is available.

- We do not refund shipping charges for returned orders.

- UPS ground, Fed-Ex, and international shipments have no service guaranty and sometimes may take much longer to deliver than expected.

- UPS and fedex may charge you an extra fee if you provide the incorrect shipping address.

- You may be charged customs fees, handling fees or taxes in your country. We can not foresee such charges and are not responsilble for the fees. There are no additional fees, customs duties or taxes charged in the US.

N-Style Return Policy:

Note, returned items must be in their original, new, unused, unworn condition and must include all original undamaged packaging and instructions as well as all tags, Failure to follow this instruction may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return. No exceptions.

Customers are eligible to return/exchange merchanidise for a period of 35 days from the date we ship it. (this is 30 days, plus up to 5 days for shipping) We WILL NOT process any returns or exchanges after this period.

A restocking fee is charged on all returns.

Do not use the manufacturers box to return your item, as the manufacturer usually requires this to be in mint condition to accept it. Please use a proper box for all returns, this will insure your refund!
